Dr. Schwartz grew up in Watertown, so his connection to the city is personal before it is professional. Health and fitness have been a major part of his life, and he has been adjusted his whole life, which is where his conviction about it comes from.
In his junior year of high school he was face masked during a football game. Many people told him he should not have walked away from it, let alone play his senior year. He credits a body that had been taken care of for years with getting him through, and that is the moment that set the direction.
He went on to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and competed in track and field, running against some of the best athletes in the country. After that he went to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, the first chiropractic school in the country, because the chiropractor he had seen his whole life had gone there. He graduated on the Dean's list in 2014.
